DELIVERY AND RETURN
Products are shipped regularly, within a maximum of 48 hours after your order.
Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday).
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "view my order" link. You can find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.
Note: Tracking becomes visible about 4 days after shipping.
After placing your order, you will receive a first email confirming your order and a second email indicating that your order has been shipped.
Please monitor the tracking of your order, as it may be held at the post office even if you have not received a delivery notice in your mailbox.
Good to know: the post office keeps your package for 15 days; after that, it is returned to the sender, at which point you will be asked for compensation to reship your order.
When placing your order, you have a 2-hour window to cancel it via our contact form in the relevant section. Once this period has passed, a refund can only occur upon complete receipt of your order at our facilities.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Airbrush does not hold any responsibility for orders not being delivered due to the undeliverable address provided at checkout.
If an undeliverable address is provided at checkout, the order might not be delivered to the desired address and all costs will be covered by the buyer. If a customer notices an error in the shipping address after the checkout or after receiving the order confirmation, it is his responsibility to inform Airbrush about the change in a window of 2 hours after an order has been placed at hello@airbrush-beauty.com
Delivery Policy
At Airbrush, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely. However, once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we cannot assume responsibility if the package is reported as not received.
If your package shows as Delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
1. Verify the Shipping Address:
Double-check the address you provided during checkout to ensure it is accurate and complete.
2. Check Around Your Property:
Look for the package in safe locations like your porch, mailbox, garage, or behind bushes.
Ask household members, neighbors, or the building’s management if they accepted the package on your behalf.
3. Contact the Carrier:
Reach out to the shipping carrier directly (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, Evri) to confirm delivery details.
Provide your tracking number for more precise assistance.
4. File a Claim with the Carrier:
If the package remains missing, you may file a claim with the carrier. Most carriers offer compensation for lost or undelivered items.
Important Note:
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier. By completing your purchase, you agree to our shipping and delivery terms.
